I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters in Apr 2010
Interview
I walked in for an application on Saturday, returned it Sunday (the next day). When I handed in my application, I was scheduled for and interview on Wednesday. Got a call on Monday, asking it to be moved to Thursday, due to a manager being sick. I interviewed Thursday and I got the job. Very nice co-workers. Upon getting offered the job, she said she liked me from the time I turned my application in. She was very nice, and only asked me why I wanted to work there. It's my first job, so I was surprised when I was offered a position.

Interview
-pretty easy, went inside for an interview and they asked me about my experience. They then made me try on a bunch of clothes and taught me how to fold them.

Interview
Easy interview with manager. We spoke outside about expectations. She was kind and understanding. I interviewed with a couple of people there too. Went over schedule etc. very straight forward and easy

Interview
It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
