Easy interview process. Just need entry level experience, good attitude and a friendly demeanor. The questions were easy and hypothetical scenario questions relating to retail, sales and customer service. It seemed like being young was on-brand.

Standard group interview so be prepared to stand out. They want to see you interact with your peers and most of all be creative. After all they are looking for people to sell their products.
