I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Bloomington, IN) in Jan 2016
Interview
Spoke with them at a career fair and scheduled an interview for the next day. Fairly simple, but it was clear their expectations were way too high for a next-day interview. While I was giving one of my responses, I mentioned my experience as a student-athlete and the interviewer interrupted me and said "Oh! I didn't even know you were a student-athlete." My experience as a student-athelte takes up half of my resume... They clearly did not do their job of actually reading my resume.

Question 1
If money was not an issue, what would you be doing and where would you be shopping?
The interview process was simple. I met a recruiter at job fair and then I received a phone call 2 weeks after asking to come to campus to interview. Met with recruiter and they read from a list of questions that they have provided already.
