American Eagle Outfitters Part-Time Sales Associate interview questions

It was very relaxed. The questions were mostly about who I am as a person and where I stand with experience if I've had previous jobs. I applied in store and got an interview date same day. Came back and mostly had a fun conversation during my interview with the store manager. At the end of the interview, I did a quick evaluation on an iPad to show them what I'm like as a worker in the work field.

I applied on a paper application then submitted it to the store, I was called later to schedule an interview, I went in for an interview with the hiring manager and then completely a skills assessment and a personality test, and lastly, I received a call a day later with a job offer.
