Filled out an application through a job posting. Recruiter called me 2 days after the application was filled out to setup a phone interview with the recruiter. Had a phone interview and basic introduction interview questions were asked. Heard back from the recruiter 2 days after the call and was asked to come in for a face to face interview with the hiring manager. Before the interview I filed out a detail application and took a 30 minute online assessment test. When I had the face to face interview the interviewer was 10 minutes late to the interview. When I had the face to face interview questions were all behavioral type of questions nothing was asked about my work experience. Interviewer seems rushed and not really interested in the interview process and wasn't very personable. Took over a month to hear back to see if I made it to the next steps of the interviewing process. I had to do all the follows up with them to see if I made it to the next steps and was sent an email declining me the position. The recruiter was nice in the beginning of the process but once I had the face to face interview she dropped off the cliff on getting back to me. Shows me her job was to get the face to face interview and then let the local AHA office to do the follow ups. Waste of my time and money!
