I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at American Heart Association in Apr 2019
Interview
The interview process was very thorough. When you're applying to work at a place where you're contributing to saving lives every day, I think a thorough interview process is a MUST! I had a phone interview as well as an in person interview.

Interview
The interview process was very easy. It started with a pre-screening phone call from HR, followed by a virtual interview with leadership and a second virtual interview with regional leadership. The process took about two weeks total to complete and I received communication the whole time. I was also able to have a meeting with a fellow Youth Market Director to help learn more about the role and got to sit in on a planning meeting with teachers.
