The response time was slow. I applied in April/May, then heard back a month or so later. I had to do a virtual interview where I recorded myself answering a question. I personally made a huge mistake of tripping over my words, panicking, then exiting the window hoping that it wouldn't record my response - but it still recorded it. I gathered myself and went back in and completed the remainder of the questions but they were not completed at my best level due to the feeling of 'bombing' the first question. - I got hired based on the other assessments, skills, education, etc. but I really want to discourage the use of the virtual recording interview. The experience was unpleasant and nerve-wracking because it was timed so I feel that it impaired my performance. I think that it would be helpful to have 1-3 opportunities to record and select '1' as your final answer to submit. There were assessments that also had to be taken which were easy to complete.
