After one week of submitting my application, I received an email with an invitation to submit a video interview. A week later, I had a 1 hr live interview on Zoom, followed by a 30 min Zoom interview the following week.

The interview process was professional, structured, and clear. Communication was timely. Questions were fair and relevant. Although I didn’t get the position, it was a valuable and respectful experience overall.

1. phone interview screen with a recruiter 2. in person interview with local director and CID 3. zoom interview with SVP 4. Interview with two other regional directors. Two weeks after 4th interview I reached out to HR contact, no response. A few days later, received a generic rejection email. Process took about two months.

A few interviews took place to make sure you are a good fit for the position and with the team. It was a mix of virtual and in-person interviews and everyone was nice and welcoming at each interview!
