I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Heart Association (North Augusta, SC) in Mar 2022
Interview
The process was simple to navigate, convenient, and guided by great support staff. There were a number of steps; but, one point of contact helped a great deal. The communication was great.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Didn't notate questions asked. The first, virtual video upload interview was more formal/traditional questions. The additional interviews were less formal. There was less of a script and more of a dialogue between professionals about the agency, position, and myself, as a candidate.
The interview process was professional, structured, and clear. Communication was timely. Questions were fair and relevant. Although I didn’t get the position, it was a valuable and respectful experience overall.

A few interviews took place to make sure you are a good fit for the position and with the team. It was a mix of virtual and in-person interviews and everyone was nice and welcoming at each interview!
