Easy Interview - they just want to see that you have personality. They will really take anybody but want to see that you have a "go get-em" attitude. They want to also know your dedicated because you must be licensed and pay for the class that they need you to take.

Conducted in a group call (with other candidates) via Zoom for about 45 minutes before telling you they would email you if you make it to the actual one on one interview.

They basically ask you about your experience and go over the company once more.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at American Income Life (Memphis, TN) in May 2021
Interview
All done remotely via Zoom. First interview done with a large group of applicants, where they describe the company. Then they split the interviewees into smaller groups. Described more about the company and gave vague descriptions as to what the work would entail. A few questions were asked. Then there is a final interview with about 6 applicants in one zoom meeting. Feels very rushed.
