Interview
First, you start off with scheduling an interview over the phone. Then they tell you to come in, but you will actually be interviewing in a huge group of people. The interview is more like a company overview, because they dont get to know you, instead they tell you about their products. You also bring in a resume, and you still have to fill out 3 pages of info about yourself.

There was a filter interview at first, then there was a real group interview, and then after that there was a final interview at which they decide if you make the fit and then decide wether or not to hire you.

It was easy. Mostly behavioural questions. It was went for about 1 hour. Some common questions were Tell me more about yourself, about your previous job, what drives you towards AIL.
