Interview
Phone interview followed by in person interview. Was called and offered the job was told a start date. Never received a call back after that. Was told Director was working on my schedule and they would get back to me. A week went by and nothing. I accepted another offer that actually was a even better opportunity so things worked out as they should have.

Interview
Fairly short interview in small room with manager and supervisor. Mostly questions based around my performance and capabilities, how I would handle certain situations, and how I might suggest improving my abilities.
