Very simple and informal, interviewer very friendly, they are mostly trying to get to know you. No need to stress, very outgoing. They asked how you're doing today and a bit about yourself.

the phone screening was about 10 mins.
after the phone interview, I got scheduled for training which will take place over the phone for about 15 mins.
