I came in, spoke with a lady, then she gave me a test to fill out. At first I thought I had the job but then she saaid I didn't the questions correctly. That has been several yeara ago, I have mucg more experience now.

It was more about how you handle difficult situations/people. Different scenarios on how you respond and what steps you take to handle it and what was the outcome. Not really general interview questions.

Question 1
Explain a time you solved a problem while everyone could not. How did you handle it?
easy and short, seemed like they were in a rush and wanted the process to end. They were friendly but there was alot going on. Gave me a tour and asked general questions.

Interview
The interview was smooth, it was about a 15 minute interview. Correspondence on their side can be wobbly; they go through a recruiter before meeting with the center manager. I didn’t accept my offer and told the hiring recruiter, but no one else, so they kept trying to reach out to me to establish a start day.
