How I got an interview: On campus career fair at Ohio State. On campus interview: The on campus interview was very easy. Literally (and I am not joking) the only question he asked me was if I had any questions. I was able to ask enough questions to fill half an hour and demonstrate myself as a good candidate as well. Second round interview: My first interview went well enough that I got a second round interview. I had to wait about 4 weeks to hear anything back even after regular emailing. Oddly enough the second round interview had no human interaction. It was an interview on interview stream of 9 prerecorded questions that I had 2 minutes to respond to. It was very awkward and honestly felt disrespectful that I couldn't interview with a real person. After the interview I waited about another 3 weeks for a "we are pursuing different applicants" email. The interview process was way too long and unprofessional. But I will say that when I had the chance to talk to real people (like my first interview) I really enjoyed it and it seemed like a nice company to start my career with. I wish it didn't end so soon because of an awkward prerecorded questions interview.
