The process was standard for the most part, containing a: phone screen, first round interview, a writing sample, and a second round interview before an offer. For the first round I met with a member of human resources and the director of customer service. For the second round interview, I was asked to complete a form prior to the interview asking me more indepth questions related to my career history. I met with the CTO, the same director, human resources, and my potential day-to-day manager. The way their interview process is structured truly shows how hard they are working to find the right fit.
