Initial interview with Director, then competency exercise, then group interview via zoom. The next step would have been an offer letter, but I was told they wouldn’t be moving forward with my candidacy. I should of figured when they reposted the job and waited two weeks to tell me. All in all, I think the response time could be a little quicker and have common courtesy to await reposting a job after telling someone you will not be moving forward with them.
