In addition to posting salary band and benefits information, duration of the role, and other details, this section of our job postings that includes the steps a candidate can anticipate are part of our transparent communication to job seekers. We greatly appreciate our candidates' time completing competency assessments as they are part of our core work to mitigate bias in the interview process and evaluate just competencies and skills in a direct way.
