Had a quick 20-minute phone screening interview with basic questions. Around a week or two later I had an interview over Microsoft teams with the hiring manager for my department. The whole interview lasted around an hour, but I wouldn't really call it much of an interview. The guy didn't really ask me anything about myself, as I just listened to him talk about the job and I asked questions for an hour. After that, he said he would get back to me in the next week or two, which he never did. I even sent a follow-up email a few weeks after, to which I was ghosted. Very unprofessional.
