The whole process took about two weeks. First was called for a phone interview. This was just a short call for the interviewer to get to know me, my experience, and why I wanted to work at AMEWAS. I was asked to come in for an in-person interview about a day later. This interview focused on my past technical experience and if that experience would be sufficient for the position. Everyone that I met was friendly and genuine. It was easy to relax and to be myself in the interview. I was called a few days later by HR, and accepted their offer.

I had a telephone interview with 3 gentlemen who tested my knowledge about C++. Fairly straight forward and I was told I would hear fom HR. A few days later, HR reached on and scheduled a face to face. During this face to face, I was asked more questions about C++, then I was told about the company benefits and then told HR would reach out. A few days later, HR reached out with an offer.
