Phone screen interview. Received an email to schedule one and was called the exact day and time scheduled. was told about the role and asked questions pertaining to the role. Also was told what the next steps would be.
The interviewers were very friendly and supportive, making it a conversational experience rather than a high-pressure one. They were genuinely curious about my work and how I could contribute to their research projects. The entire process gave me a positive impression of Amgen’s collaborative and innovative culture.
