I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Amgen (Thousand Oaks, CA) in Sep 2015
Interview
I talked to about 8 people over the day long interview for 50 to 30 minutes at a time. My sense is that they have a form to fill in about the process. Many of the questions are repeated in the interviews. Don't be afraid to give the same answers--it shows consistency.

I applied online. I interviewed at Amgen (Thousand Oaks, CA) in Aug 2021
Interview
Two days, 4 hours each of interviews.
A bit of a bait and switch. They said the manager was one person and then they changed who I'd be reporting to. There wasn't too much opportunity for discussion and they are mainly looking for people who already write clinical docs and they don't have to train. It seems like they don't know how to train people.
A test was required

They had a weird test where you had to write a portion of a CSR timed in an hour.
