3 rounds of interviews, including an onsite presentation. Quite a long interview process for a junior role. Felt the recruitment team could have been a bit more organised by sharing comp and bens at the beginning of the process.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amgen in Apr 2022
Interview
I was scheduled for a phone interview with the Recruiter. She was late and not prepared for the call which was the first red flag. I could barely hear her and told her so. She then laughed and said oh yeah, I've been having issues and everyone tells me that. She then had to call me back from her phone instead of her computer. This was the 2nd red flag. Why call from your computer if you know it's a problem? She clearly did not know much about the role and did not ask me one question about my background. This was the 3rd red flag. She wanted to get my availability for a phone screen with the hiring manager. She then told me to reach out if she doesn't get back to me. That was the 4th red flag. I sent her a follow-up email the following week after I did not hear back from her. She never responded! What makes the situation even worse is, that I'm a Recruiter! Amgen should be ashamed of how their Recruiters are treating their candidates!
