Amgen Senior Associate Scientist interview questions

Phone interview, then the manager invites me for on-site interview on the very next day. He would like to see how I am doing without time for preparation.

I received a call from Amgen HR to set the day for the interview (which was set for the next day). The manager called about 20 minutes late but was nice enough to explain that there were some difficulties in the plan and apologized for the delay. He asked very basic questions about the position but unfortunately there were some aspects that I had never worked with. I can tell he sounded a little disappointed from my response of lack of experience in that particular field.
