The questions seemed to be pulled from some "basic interview questions" book. I've done quite a few interviews. The interviewer seems detached from the conversation, so much so that had I recorded the answers on webcam the process would have been no different. Question: Reponse. Next Question: Etc. I got the feeling they wanted someone to fit into a very particular mold for this position, which is basically a call-center manager position that requires immediate relocation per their discretion.
