I met the recruiter at my college career expo and after a brief conversation I was invited to interview the next morning. We had about a 30minute 1 on 1 interview, where at the end I was told that I would be recommended to complete a packet with background check and writing samples included. 3 weeks later I was notified that I would be flown to Rhode Island for a final interview. I was also, given 2 numbers of associates currently in the position which I was expected to contact. The day started with a breakfast and I interviewed with 3 senior leaders. Then ended with a tour and lunch. I thought the position was kind of boring and regretted not applying for the other entry level associate adjuster position.

Great, they asked all the appropriate questions and responded to any issues I had in a timely manner. Had three different interviews, one of which is in person, one over the phone and an assessment.
