I submitted my resume to Amica through my school and was invited for an interview the following week. The interview was 1 on 1 it lasted about 30 minutes. At the end I was told I would be recommended for a final interview which consisted of completing a packet and scheduling a final interview date. 1 month later I scheduled a final interivew at the company's headquarters. Before the interview I was given 2 numbers of current account managers. I was expected to contact the employees to discuss their experience with the company. The final interview process started with a complementary breakfast followed by three 1 on 1 interviews with senior managers. After the 3 interviews I was given a tour of the office and ended with lunch. 3 weeks after the final interview I was contacted and asked to come back for an offer.
