HR "gate-keeper" knew very little regarding the actual position, much less about the firm. When asked a very mundane question regarding how big the company was in terms of revenue; interviewer replied (verbatim): "how would I know I'm in HR?" Well played Sir...well played. But I persevered and made it to the end. After being told next steps would include speaking to the hiring manager and that I was pushed through to the next round, I never heard back. Attempts to gauge my standing as a candidate over the course of (2) weeks fell on deaf ears. I never even received a courtesy email/ call that I was no longer in the running. Filed away as a company that does not value other people's time, lacks competency to conduct a meaningful conversation, and highly disorganized.
