Amplity interview questions

I had a telephone interview with amplity in UK Chalfont first which lasted barely ten minutes and then was invited to a face to face. The face to face was with 2 3 employees in the HR/Talent department and consisted of usual competency questions etc. Following the face to face I had to be called back in for a second face to face as the head of HR was sick and they could not offer me a yes or no without her authorisation( why they did not simply contact me prior to the interview and reschedule the face to face as none of them had the authority without the head of HR to offer the job anyway never made sense to me). I then returned for a second face to face a few days later at the companies request which didnt go as good as the first. However, I spent a huge deal of time preparing for all the interviews and the company didnt even have the courtesy to simply say I have been unsuccessful. In a way I feel may have dodged a bullet with this company as this sort of behaviour doesnt indicate a company with good ethics and decency . I even chased feedback through the recruitment adviser who arranged the interview for me and amplity would not give any feedback. Feel like I wasted great time and put a lot of effort and energy into all 3 stages of interview and the company didnt even have the decency to say a simple no.
