      I interviewed at Amsive

      Interview

Recruiter screen, director interview, assessment and presentation with team. Everything was pretty straightforward but I was pretty confused when I got an email from the recruiter saying they were canceling my scheduled interview because there were errors in the table of the assessment. I triple checked my work - checking my formulas against the data they did provide and found no errors. I asked for feedback to see what errors there were and didn’t receive anything back. Pretty rude to ask someone to spend time on a weekend to do an assessment then deny them the opportunity to walk the team through their thought process. Especially for an entry level position. This is why people are hesitant to do assessments and free work.
