I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Analog Devices (Boston, MA) in Apr 2026
Interview
Two rounds of 30-minute virtual interviews scheduled one week apart. Both were conversational and felt more like genuine exchanges than formal evaluations.
The first interview focused on background, experience, and approach to identifying unmet needs and market research. The hiring manager probed specific projects on my resume thoughtfully and asked about outcomes and limitations not just what I did but what I learned.
The second interview went deeper into healthcare business strategy — specifically how technology, reimbursement models, payer alignment, and workflow integration all have to work together for a product to succeed commercially. One of the most substantive conversations I've had in any interview process.
