Went to CalPoly Fall career fair, and visited their desk. They then had basically everyone at the table talk to me and finally, they scheduled an interview for me the next day on campus

Question 1
First was resume stuff, then they asked me to draw any circuit I wanted and asked me questions about that
All-day onsite interviews with 5-6 team members. Some technical questions but mostly focused on past experiences and how I would approach various challenges that may arise on the job. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Lunch was provided at the cafeteria.

How would you go about navigating old and limited documentation to understand an old product that is aiming to be re-developed for a new customer?

5 Rounds, First round was generally to know about yourself and your interests. Next 4 rounds (1h each) technical interviews. They asked everything that is there in the resume. Semiconductor physics, college projects, problems.
I submit application online and then get an interview for 45 min two month later. The interviewer ask about research experience and also some questions about the project and tools.
