Analytic Partners interview questions

I had 3 interviews. The first was with a hiring manager, the second was a behavioral interview with a member of the team, and the third was a technical interview. The behavioral interview was pretty standard, just asking to go more in-depth about projects, how you work in a team, etc. The technical interview has you interpret a few graphs, calculate ROI, and percentages. It's pretty basic math where you have to explain your process and how you got to the answer. I heard back really quickly after my first and second interviews, and then total silence after my technical interview. Even after asking for an update, I have yet to receive one, which really soured the whole experience with the company. Up until then, I had a good experience with them. After three interviews, I feel I at least deserve the courtesy of being told whether I'm moving on to the next interview, rather than complete silence

First round is with recruiter asking about basic background. Also introduced a little bit about the role, locations, and workstyles. It will take around 15-20 minutes. Then 2nd round is quickly scheduled with Hiring Managers.
