I heard about the role through a connection and was told to reach out to the recruiter directly, which I did. She got back to me right away and introduced me to another recruiter, who did a phone screen with me. I'm writing this review because although I didn't get an offer, I was extremely impressed with Lori, the recruiter I worked with. She made the whole experience really pleasant and showed a level of candor and communication that I rarely see in the interview process. It was really refreshing. Lori told me at the end of the first call that my lack of experience in the space could be a deal breaker, and that she'd chat with the hiring manager when he was back from vacation and get back to me. This alone was incredibly helpful in getting clarity around where I stood. Later, Lori called me back as promised to close the loop, which I really appreciated. She is a really excellent recruiter!
