The intake interview was extraordinarily detailed and aimed at helping the candidate understand the interview process, the role in question, and the company's culture and core values. I came away deeply impressed by how much time and effort had gone into the screening process. Each of the three Anaplan employees with whom I interviewed via phone/screen had read my resume in detail and expressed genuine curiosity about my background and strengths. Each took me seriously as a professional but approached me as a person. The entire process was refreshingly humanized.
