I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Anaplan (Minneapolis, MN) in Mar 2019
Interview
The process starts by first having a phone screen with a Technical Recruiter (in my case, Tracy whom was really helpful all across the process) to later on move to an hour and a half Personality Quiz and Skills Review (through a Case Study) through Skype or Webex. This final interview takes place 7 to 14 days later after the initial screen. Anaplan communicates candidates its final decisions 3 to 5 business days after this last interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1st Round Interview (Phone Screen): knowledge about Anaplan and typical behavioral questions (tell me about a time you faced a challenge and how did you deal with it, etc)
2nd Round (Via Skype or Webex): divided into two 45-minute interviews: Skills and Personality quizzes
My Skills interview was done with Nathan from Houston, TX where I had to prepare him a presentation based on some Excel model I had to analyze and correct. The Case Study is designed to give candidates a grasp of what type of solutions does Anaplan offers its clients using its unique software.
My Personality interview was done with Trina, and it involved questions such as Strengths and Weaknesses, and cultural fit with Anaplan.
Both interviewers (Nathan and Trina) were really nice during the interviews and answered all of my questions.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Anaplan (Minneapolis, MN) in Feb 2020
Interview
Tracy is the technical recruiter who interviewed me in the phone screen, she is very helpful and professional in the whole interviewing process. And the information for the following interview was given promptly. The second interview was a combination of both technical and behavioral interviews. The interview group is very knowledgeable and friendly. There was no tricky question, most of the questions were asked in order to better know you.

Question 1
Show your knowledge about Anaplan platform
The problems encountered while designing the data model in Excel
Behavioral questions (group member, supervisor...)
I found this intern opportunity on our university job listing. I did some research and found this company is cool and this role could be a fit, so I applied. The first round is a phone screen interview, then I was assigned a take-home case study. The second round has two parts. The first part is a technical interview, which is based on the case study. The second part is a culture fit interview, which is more relax and general.
The whole process is very smooth and effective. HR and interviewers are all very nice and positive. I think the culture here is very good.

I enjoyed the whole process so much! I am so lucky to meet Tracy Hoel, one of the best recruiter in the world. She made the process very smooth and I felt so supported. After a phone call with Tracy, I took a case study interview and a cultural interview. Both were conversational. People at Anaplan are so passionate about what they are doing. I have a wonderful recruiting experience with Anaplan and can't wait to spend my summer there!
