After several screenings with HR and Hiring Manager came the peronel interview.
Formally it was not ok since scheduling was inappropriate with admin. Hiring Manager decided to cancel on immediate notice, which was truly unfair. Questioning were hazardous and not regarding the position, the decision was ambigous, and decline was hazardous.
