It’s a joke. Easy softball questions. They will hire anybody. First round is with TA. Hiring manager. Business leaders. Just try to impress by talking about how much you love Anaplan and you will get hired.
Smooth and fair interview process. It was multiple rounds ending with a panel. Overall, it was fair and similar to other presales. roles. Be prepared to handle off the wall questions and objection handling. Nothing out of the ordinary.

I went through a four-stage interview process, concluding with a panel interview. Each stage required approval to progress. The final panel included a presentation and demo based on a use case, a situational discussion, and follow-up questions from the panel.
