Probably the worst process I have even experienced. I had to six interviews over three months for a mid-tier role which was dragged along and made no sense. At the end of the process, the manager said she might not even have the headcount.
Finally an offer was approved and I resigned from my role to join. But the background check was hugely intensive and completely unnecessary. I had to submit 3 months of bank statements, credit cards, driving licence, passport, degree certificate, utility bills and do two criminal records checks but their background check company was so slow that my start date kept being pushed and pushed.
The whole process caused me so much stress and anxiety as Anaplan refused to pay me from the agreed start date. Completely shocking they would allow someone to leave their job when they have a mortgage and dependents but push their start date by up to a month without pay.
I was treated with no empathy or support at all. No communication was clear and I had to chase daily. After I said I would have seek legal advice, they withdrew the offer leaving me with nothing. I have never been treated so badly.
Highly recommend not working here. Seems like a blessing in disguise now!
