This was quite literally the worst interview process I have experienced in my 20+ year working career. I was already a bit uneasy over the countless number of negative reviews by employees on this website, but given that I was unemployed, I figured I would hear them out. Soon I came to find out the root of the negative reviews. Besides the never ending rounds of interviews with numerous people (seriously, are interviews with three people from HR really necessary for a sales job?), I found several of the people I spoke with to be extremely arrogant, rude and plain outright ridiculous. (And this coming from someone who has worked at blue-chip Wall Street firms.) Also, do not trust everything they tell you. What they say and do can be two different things. Probably also accounts for the massive attrition rate they have. There must be a reason why so many former/current employees call them fraudulent.
Some of the people at Anaplan also seem to be under the delusion that they are really, really smart... A little bit of common sense can sure go a long ways in life.
Final piece of advice- under no circumstances should you agree to give them references they can call unless you have completed all interviews, even if they assure you the other interviews are just mere formalities.
Luckily I got two offers from far superior firms than Anaplan and never had to deal with them again... But the time I did spend with them was pretty painful (and downright insulting). Sorry Anaplan, but you're really not all that...
