I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Anaplan in Sep 2015
Interview
Process took about 7 weeks from initial recruiter call. Three phone interviews and two in-person meetings. Three different HR folks for a non-HR role seemed a little excessive though. Flew to SF for main interview but didn't get to meet key decision maker due to a schedule change. That was unfortunate.
Everyone was nice and professional although it seemed some of the interviewers seemed to be fill-ins and didn't know what to talk about for 30 min.
Things were going well until communication just stopped. They asked me to send over responses to a few questions, which I did, but I never heard back. A bit surprising, especially since I was referred for the role. It doesn’t reflect well on their recruiting team. Sending a quick follow-up isn’t hard.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Anaplan in Apr 2025
Interview
Excellent experience from start to finish, Mark and Mandy’s engagement and support through the process was outstanding. The interview panel were amazing. Really open and two way conversations with everyone.

Everything was going fine till the recruiter decided to go silent. Please have the decency to at least inform your candidates whether they are proceeding to the next steps or not.
