I had a total of 3 interviews - hiring manager, his manager, and the GM for the business unit. The interviews were very informal where we got to discuss the industry's SWOT and Anaplan's vision. The interviews were very straightforward and I enjoyed them very much. The onboarding has been very easy to follow too. Thank you.

Initial call with the Anaplan recruiter, Chris Marlow, who was excellent through the whole process - prompt with feedback and next steps and very open and honest. This lead to a series of interviews with the hiring manager, a panel interview and a final interview with the MD for EMEA.

Interview
Professional, courteous and pragmatic process overall. Very open communication as to the expectations and inherent planned support to perform duties. Recruiters did not try to "sell a job", but to understand fit for it which is a welcome approach differing from many others I came across recently. Several 1:1 screenings across all hierarchies within the Company, ranging from recruitment assessment team to future direct report/country Lead up to EMEA/DACH/Global Operations Leaders.
