I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ancestry (Lehi, UT) in Aug 2016
Interview
They contacted me quickly for a phone interview. I had a phone screen with someone from HR and a phone interview with the team lead I would be working with about a week later. A week after that, they called me in for an onsite interview. I met with a couple team members I would be working with.
Everyone was very attentive during the process and quick to get back to me. It went really well.
