Interview
I had a phone call with the manager and he asked me basic questions about software design, database design, and testing. After that he scheduled an onsite interview in Lehi, UT. I felt the interview went well on my part, first I interviewed with two engineers on the team and they asked a lot about testing and basic object oriented programming principles. In the end, I felt that they had already decided on someone else and just interviewed me out of courtesy. I didn't have any programming problems so I wasn't that bummed because it wasn't a good measure of my programming abilities.
