My first contact from Ancestry was an email from a Talent Acquisition representative, who sent a preliminary questionnaire. My first 45 minute video interview was with the Senior Director, Genealogy Product Management. My second 45 minute video interview was with a Group Product Manager. I followed up a week after my last interview, and have never heard back from Talent Acquisition - that was about month ago.
