Andersen Audit Senior Associate interview questions

1) Phone interview - pretty straightforward, asked me about my resume and left plenty of time for me to ask questions. 2) In-person interview - met with 2 people in the office. both openly said they wanted to skip the "tell me about a time when" questions and have the interview be more conversational. it was similar to the phone interview where they basically just wanted to know more about my experience/background and left room for questions at the end. 3) Video interview with director - same as above. Bottom line: come with lots of good questions or be prepared for awkward silence
