Anduril Flight Test Engineer interview questions

The overall interview experience was actually pretty good with my interviewers. However, the recruiter that I worked with was probably one of the worst that I have ever experienced. She ghosted me on more than one occasion, and never bothered to follow up or reply to ANY messages. When you schedule a call with a candidate, you are expected to call them because they set time aside for you. If you have to miss it, a simple email to reschedule is totally understandable, but don't just do nothing and ghost the candidate. It's extremely unprofessional. I hope this is not representative of the recruiting team as a whole at Anduril, but it's certainly worrying that so many other reviews state a similar experience.

The interviewers asked about my current testing process and knowledge, what I would do in an example test scenario, and if I know how to use Python. Be sure to know how to answer why you want to work here. Although I did not get the offer, it was still a positive experience.
