I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Anduril (Bellevue, WA) in Mar 2026
Interview
I was referred for a role at Anduril, and a recruiter reached out to schedule a phone interview (30 mins). I passed that screening, then had a 1-hour-long technical round. I was given a hard LeetCode problem.
Other Software Engineer- Early Career Interview Reviews for Anduril
I applied online. I interviewed at Anduril (Bellevue, WA) in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview was on the easier side for big tech. SWE early careers at Anduril do not cover system design, although that wasn't explicitly communicated to me at first.
1) 30 minute phone screen
2) 1 hour technical coding
3) Final round, on-site (they flew people out for this and treated it as an event). It consisted of 2 technical coding rounds and a behavioral with a director. There were also product demos, free lunch, etc. Mix of Standard LC questions and custom problems. All technical questions were LC-medium or easy LC hards. It felt like they wanted you to succeed.
4. Offer/Reject. Got a phone call literally the day after the on-site saying they would be reaching out with an offer. Got the offer exactly a week later.

Question 1
Why Anduril? (I was asked this by every single person I talked to in this process including the recruiter, x5)
