Received an email asking to schedule a 30 minute phone interview. Called on the phone on Friday. Was told in the interview I'd be asked to schedule a technical round later that afternoon. Instead, didn't hear back until Monday where I got rejected. During the interview, I asked to clarify some terms which interviewer took that to automatically mean I have no experience. I said my main programming language right now is Python although I've had lots of C++ usage before, which interviewer took to mean I have no C++ experience. In both cases, when I said I have experience there, she already made up her mind that I didn't have any.
