Angi Customer Service Representative interview questions

Both the initial phone interview and face to face interview went well with the recruiter. After that it was a terrible experience. All I am going to say is this, if an interviewer is going to tell an interviewee that they haven't even looked at their resume, why are you wasting my time? People spend a lot of time on creating a resume at least have the decency and professionalism to have kept that thought to yourself or do your job the right way and review the resume. I was grossly overqualified for the position, the right thing would have been to pass my information along to a team that would have benefited from my experience. I have interviewed people in previous roles and when interviewing someone who would benefit the company and was overqualified, I always passed their information along to other department heads.
